I, , authorize Unknown Munitions to charge my credit card listed below, the agreed upon amount listed below, if and when they receive my prepackaged ammunition back to their business using the prepaid label. I agree that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel it in writing by emailing the request to sales@unknownmunitions.com. I am the authorized user of this credit card and will not dispute any scheduled payments as outlined in this binding contract.

The subscription service cartridges and prices are as follows: 6 Creedmoor, 6XC, 6BR, 25 Creedmoor, 6.5 Creedmoor, and 6.5 x 47 Lapua are $269 to reload 200 rounds that were previously purchased from Unknown Munitions. Must be premium brass, each additional round at $1.29 each. Premium bullets including Berger, TUBB, Blackjack, and others are $10 more per 200. This price includes shipping both ways, a return shipping label will be included in the original delivery box. All rounds of ammunition must be returned in the same cases and box as they were received in. If not, customer may be charged a nominal fee. Any exceptions must be discussed with Unknown Munitions prior to acceptance.
